How To: Disable Alerts – Issue Notifications

Once you are in the Yottaa portal, and have selected the site that is triggering the alerts, navigate to the Analytics tab from the left pane.

  1. Select Issue Definitions
  2. The Definition page will look similar to the image below 
  3. Select the Edit button next to the Definition you wish to disable (the wrench)
  4. Removing the check next to the Enabled option will disable the Definition from detecting occurrences matching the configured rule. 
  5. Repeat these steps for any other Definition you wish to disable. If disabling Definitions temporarily to stop notifications you must manually enable them to receive the alerts again.
